Booking & Cancellation Policy
At The Brow Pro LA, appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please review the following policies before booking.
Appointment Deposits
Some services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. When applicable, your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost and may be required to prepay future appointments.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided for completed services. If you have concerns regarding your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate solution.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their service modified or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments.
